Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products purchased at www.simplymsk.com, unless it can be demonstrated that the customer has not been able to access their digital content. Refunds are not available beyond the standard access timeframe for the digital product.  Digital products include ebooks, and online courses. Practical Workshops

Practical courses & conferences are open ONLY to healthcare professionals. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact us on learnmore@simplymsk.com. Simply MSK LTD reserves the right to deny access to practical courses and conferences for any non-health or exercise professionals attempting to attend a course/conference. Refunds will be subject to our standard cancellation policy terms (see below).

All content provided on practical courses and conferences is provided pursuant to the above terms and conditions for content provided on www.simplymsk.com. In addition, Simply MSK LTD is unable to provide individualised personal advice regarding any participants health complaint within any course environment. Simply MSK LTD does not accept any liability for any error or omission, injury, expense, loss or damage incurred by you or another party as a result of you using or relying on any information provided during the course of a practical courses/conference. All participants suffering with MSK related pain or other health conditions are urged to seek individualised advice from a qualified health care professional for diagnosis and management of any health conditions.

Participants attending a Simply MSK weekend/day/evening presentation/course/conference must have current professional indemnity insurance, to cover any injury incurred by their actions with respect themselves or others on-course. Simply MSK LTD does not accept any liability for any injury, expense, loss or damage incurred by you or another party as a result of attendance of a Simply MSK LTD course/conference.

Cancellation Policy

For courses booked and paid for on simplymsk.com or third party site ie. eventbrite, tickettailor:

Deferring course/conference attendance: If you are unable to attend a course/conference which you have purchased, let us know as early as possible and you might like to defer the attendance to the following year. You will retain access to any online components for the standard length of time and will be provided access to this content again to review prior to the future course/conference you attend.

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to course/conference date: Full refund (less a small administrative fee) will be available if the participant has not accessed any online learning. If the online learning has been accessed, the listed price for the online learning course will be deducted from the refund amount.

​

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the course/conference date: 50% refund (less a small administrative fee) will be available if the participant has not accessed the online learning. If the online learning has been accessed, the listed price for the online learning course will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation within 7 days of the course/conference: No refund is available for late cancellation, however access to the online learning component for the standard time period of time will continue.

Registration includes 3 months access to all online components.
