However, we recommend working through the foundational modules because they introduce the key concepts underpinning the entire learning experience.

CRWS Free introduces the fundamental concepts, MAP → INTEGRATE → DECIDE framework and your own clinical reasoning tendencies. It helps you understand the approach and begin considering how it relates to your practice.
CRWS Professional (£20) builds on these foundations through additional learning, clinical application, structured implementation and reflection.
Professional also includes a Certificate of Completion and access to the 90-Day Apply & Earn Challenge, offering eligible clinicians the opportunity to earn £60 credit towards Beyond Silos.
In simple terms, Free helps you understand the framework. Professional helps you put it into practice.
No. Beyond Silos can be accessed directly without completing either CRWS Free or CRWS Professional.
CRWS provides an accessible introduction to the reasoning philosophy and framework that underpin our wider educational approach.
Completing CRWS Professional can therefore provide useful preparation, but it is not a prerequisite.
Beyond Silos offers a more immersive educational experience, providing opportunities to explore and challenge clinical reasoning through multidisciplinary perspectives and practical learning.
A Certificate of Completion is available to clinicians who successfully complete the CRWS Professional learning requirements.
The certificate recognises completion of the structured CRWS Professional educational programme. CRWS Free does not currently include a certificate.
Importantly, completing CRWS Professional and earning the £60 Beyond Silos credit are separate achievements. The credit requires successful completion of the additional 90-Day Apply & Earn Challenge.
The 90-Day Apply & Earn Challenge is an additional opportunity available to CRWS Professional learners.
It encourages you to take what you've learned and deliberately apply MAP → INTEGRATE → DECIDE within real clinical encounters.
Your 90-day period begins on the date you purchase CRWS Professional. During this period, you'll complete the required clinical case reflections and final implementation reflection within the CRWS course platform.
Clinicians who successfully meet the challenge requirements can earn £60 credit towards an eligible Beyond Silos booking.
The credit isn't automatically awarded when you purchase Professional, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. Once earned, it remains on your record until you choose to redeem it.
The challenge is designed to encourage meaningful implementation rather than simply completing educational content.
