Simply MSK LTD provides multidisciplinary musculoskeletal education, courses, learning resources and events.
Company number: 14720655. Registered in England and Wales.
Contact address: 1A Monson Avenue, Calverley, Leeds, LS28 5NP.
Email: learnmore@simplymsk.com.
Website: www.simplymsk.com.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Simply MSK LTD. “You” means the person registering, purchasing or participating, or the organisation purchasing where applicable.
These terms cover our website, free resources, digital products, online courses, webinars, face-to-face and hybrid courses, workshops and conferences. They include Clinical Reasoning Without Silos (CRWS), CRWS Professional and Beyond Silos.
Please read these terms and the relevant product or event information before registering or purchasing. Specific details supplied before purchase, including content, access duration, eligibility, dates, delivery format and price, form part of your agreement with us. An expressly agreed product-specific term takes priority over a general term where they conflict, but cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these terms.

Our education is primarily intended for MSK clinicians, healthcare and exercise professionals, and students preparing for relevant roles. Individual products and events may have additional entry requirements, which will be stated before booking.
You must provide accurate information about your identity, professional background and eligibility. If you are unsure whether a course is suitable, contact us before booking. An organisation purchasing for learners must identify the agreed participants and ensure they meet the published requirements.
CRWS Free introduces the reasoning framework. CRWS Professional develops its use through practical tools, examples, reflection and implementation. Beyond Silos provides further multidisciplinary reasoning education. Completing CRWS is not a general prerequisite for Beyond Silos, unless a particular course expressly states an entry requirement before booking.
Our courses are education, not a patient-specific clinical consultation. They do not authorise you to practise beyond your training, competence, professional registration, insurance or local scope of practice.
Clinical decisions remain your responsibility. Apply learning alongside the individual patient's circumstances, current evidence, relevant guidance, consent, safeguarding requirements and local referral and escalation arrangements. A framework supports clinical judgement; it does not guarantee a diagnosis, a treatment outcome or the absence of risk.
Members of the public should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about their own symptoms or health concerns.
The content, delivery arrangements, total price, applicable taxes and any additional compulsory charges will be shown before you place a paid order. Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. A free registration does not authorise us to charge for a subsequent product.
A paid booking is accepted when we send an order or booking confirmation. Payment must be made through the available checkout options. Any instalment schedule will be disclosed and agreed before purchase; cancelling an instalment mandate does not itself cancel a booking or resolve sums properly due.
We will provide confirmation and the applicable terms in a form you can retain. Please check your confirmation and notify us promptly of an error.
If we identify an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund of any payment taken. We will not increase the price of an accepted booking without your agreement.
Joining a waiting list or Priority Access list does not, by itself, reserve a paid place, fix a price or guarantee a particular cohort. Any separate reservation arrangement will be stated clearly.
The access duration and any restrictions for each online product will be stated on its product or registration page and confirmed when you enrol. A specific end date or time limit must be disclosed before purchase. The 90-Day Apply & Earn Challenge deadline is a reward deadline and is not, by itself, the expiry date for course access.
Access normally begins following registration or accepted purchase, subject to any advertised release schedule and the immediate-supply arrangements in section 10. Contact us if your access details do not arrive or do not work.
Keep your account credentials secure. Individual access is for the named learner and must not be shared, resold or used to give other people access. Contact us for team, clinic, university or organisational licences.
You need a suitable device, internet connection and software capable of viewing the advertised materials. Any additional compatibility requirements will be stated before purchase.
You may keep permitted downloaded resources for your own professional use after online access ends, subject to section 7. This does not create a right to ongoing platform access, future editions or additional products.
Where a technical problem within our responsibility materially prevents access, we will investigate and offer a suitable remedy, which may include restoring access, extending the affected access period or providing a refund where appropriate. Use of a third-party learning platform does not remove our contractual responsibilities.
The challenge is included where advertised as part of your CRWS Professional purchase. Participation requires you to apply CRWS to three real clinical cases, complete one structured reflection for each case, and complete a Final Implementation Reflection.
Your 90-day challenge period starts on the date you purchase CRWS Professional. It does not start or restart when you open Module 10, access the toolkit, begin your first case or mark a lesson complete. Your purchase confirmation or learner information will identify the applicable deadline.
To earn the £60 Beyond Silos credit, all four required reflections must be successfully submitted through the official forms linked from Module 10 by your deadline. These forms may open outside the learning platform. Marking a lesson as complete is a record of course progress and is not evidence that a reflection has been submitted.
Use the learner details associated with your purchase so submissions can be matched to your record. Keep any submission acknowledgements and contact us promptly if a submission does not appear to have been recorded.
Reflections must be your own genuine work about your clinical reasoning. They must meet the published submission requirements and be anonymised as explained in section 6. The challenge is designed to support reflection, not to require a perfect diagnosis, a particular treatment outcome or agreement with a single professional viewpoint.
Routine submissions must use the official course-linked forms. Email is a support route for technical or submission difficulties, not the normal evidence-submission route. Do not email identifiable patient information.
If a technical problem within our responsibility prevents a timely submission, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the relevant details. We will investigate and ensure that a verified fault does not unfairly prevent you from earning the credit. Any alternative submission arrangement or adjusted deadline will be confirmed in writing.
Missing the reward deadline does not itself create a right to a refund. It also does not automatically end your course access, which is governed by the access arrangements agreed at enrolment. Your ordinary contractual and statutory rights remain available.
Credit is earned when all four required challenge submissions have been successfully recorded within your applicable 90-day period, including any adjustment confirmed under section 4. It is recorded against the learner's Simply MSK record and is not dependent on buying Beyond Silos or finishing the remaining course lessons first.
The earned £60 credit does not expire. It remains on your record until redeemed. Waiting for a suitable cohort, not joining Priority Access or unsubscribing from marketing does not cause it to expire.
The credit is a £60 reduction against an eligible Beyond Silos booking, not a cash refund of CRWS Professional. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, sold or transferred to another learner. One £60 reward is available per learner under this challenge, unless a separate offer expressly provides otherwise.
The Beyond Silos flagship course is eligible. Any additional eligible Beyond Silos products, and whether the credit can be combined with a particular promotion, will be clearly identified before booking. We will not retrospectively remove the flagship eligibility of credit already earned. The credit does not reserve a place or freeze future course prices.
Use the learner details associated with your record when booking. Where the credit is not shown correctly, contact us before paying so we can arrange redemption. If a technical error leads to payment of the full price despite valid redemption instructions, we will correct it.
Where an eligible booking is cancelled before teaching begins, any refund of money paid will be dealt with under sections 9 and 10, and the redeemed £60 credit will be restored to your record without an expiry date. It is not refunded as cash. If teaching has already begun, any cash refund and treatment of redeemed credit will be explained fairly in light of what has been supplied and your legal rights.
Challenge completion and whole-course completion are separate milestones. To complete CRWS Professional, learners must complete the required course content, submit the course feedback form linked from Module 11.1, return to the course and mark all required lessons as complete.
The platform makes the Certificate of Completion available when the main CRWS Professional course reaches 100% completion. Learners should submit their feedback before marking Module 11.1 complete.
Feedback must be honest; a positive evaluation is not required. Permission to publish reflections or feedback, or to display the learner’s name or professional role, is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving the certificate.
The Module 11.1 feedback requirement does not change the purchase-based 90-day challenge deadline or the eligibility requirements for the £60 Beyond Silos credit. Credit already earned remains available without expiry until redeemed.
Do not submit information that identifies a patient, colleague or other person. Remove names, initials, dates of birth, addresses, NHS or other patient numbers, identifiable images and any combination of details that could reasonably identify someone. Merely changing a name does not necessarily anonymise a case.
Do not upload identifiable records, referral letters, scans, screenshots or recordings. Describe only the clinical information necessary for the learning task. Follow your professional duties, employer's policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
Case submissions are educational reflections, not a request for patient-specific advice or an urgent review. Do not use the submission system to seek urgent clinical help, make a referral or report an immediate safeguarding concern. Use the appropriate clinical route.
If identifiable information is submitted accidentally, notify us promptly so we can take appropriate action. We may remove or restrict access to unsuitable material and ask you to resubmit an anonymised version.
You retain ownership of your original reflections and feedback. We and our service providers may process submissions to administer the course, record completion, evaluate and improve our education, and provide any feedback included in the product, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a reflection or completing the feedback form does not automatically give Simply MSK permission to publish your contributions.
The Module 11.1 feedback form includes separate, optional publication-permission choices. Where you actively give permission, Simply MSK may publish selected excerpts from the submissions expressly identified in the consent statement, through the channels you select. These choices distinguish website, organic social media and promotional-email use from paid advertising.
You may choose publication without your name or professional role, or with the exact publication name and optional professional role you provide. Named attribution requires both publication permission and an affirmative attribution choice. It does not authorise use of your workplace or photograph.
Within the permission granted, we may select and shorten excerpts or make minor spelling and grammar corrections while preserving their meaning and context. We may publish those excerpts without requesting approval for each individual use. Publication outside the agreed scope requires further permission. Patient-identifying information will not be published.
You may withdraw publication permission or change your attribution preference through the linked preference/withdrawal form or by contacting learnmore@simplymsk.com. We will stop future uses covered by the withdrawal and remove affected material from channels we control. Previously distributed emails, printed material and copies shared independently by others may remain in circulation.
Giving, refusing or withdrawing publication permission does not affect course completion, certificate eligibility or earned Beyond Silos credit. Publication permission is separate from permission to receive marketing emails.
Rights in our original course materials, videos, resources, framework presentations, slides, graphics and website content belong to Simply MSK LTD or the relevant rights holder. Referenced research and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. We do not claim ownership of general clinical knowledge, established reasoning concepts or the work of other authors.
Your registration or purchase gives you a personal licence to use the supplied materials for your own learning and professional practice. You may download and print resources where provided for that purpose and use designated CRWS templates, reflection tools and quick references in your own clinical work. Patient-facing sharing is permitted only where the resource is expressly intended for that use.
You may refer to CRWS and discuss its principles in academic work, presentations and teaching, with appropriate acknowledgement of Simply MSK and the source. Quotation and other uses permitted by law remain available. Referring to the framework does not permit copying substantial materials, distributing our toolkit, uploading our resources to a learning platform or delivering a course using our slides.
Seek written permission before reproducing or adapting our diagrams, substantial resources or branding for teaching, publication, commercial products or organisational distribution, unless the resource expressly permits the proposed use. Acknowledging the source alone does not give permission to reproduce protected material.
Do not share course logins, publish recordings, resell resources, remove attribution or represent yourself as authorised to teach or accredit others in a Simply MSK programme without written agreement. Team or institutional access requires an appropriate licence.
Our names and logos must not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or certification that we have not agreed. Registered trademark status will be identified only where applicable.
We will provide our educational services with reasonable care and skill and supply paid digital content in accordance with the product description and applicable legal standards. We aim to review and improve content as evidence and practice develop. MSK evidence can change, and different professions may reasonably interpret clinical information differently.
We may correct errors, update references and make minor improvements without reducing the essential content or access you purchased. A particular presenter, resource format or future update is guaranteed only where expressly included in the product description. Material changes affecting an accepted booking are dealt with under section 11.
The published course description will explain the learning and support provided. We do not guarantee a particular increase in income, confidence, examination performance, career progression or patient outcome.
Please contact us about an accessibility need before purchase or attendance where possible. We will discuss reasonable adjustments and provide them where required by law. Ask about the available formats and support for the specific course; captions, transcripts and alternative resources should not be assumed to be available for every product unless advertised.
Your legal rights depend on what you buy, how you buy it and whether you are acting as a consumer or for business or professional purposes. Consumer protections apply where you meet the legal definition of a consumer. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you.
Where UK consumer distance-contract cancellation rights apply, you normally have until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel a digital-content or service contract without giving a reason. If legally required cancellation information has not been supplied, a longer period may apply. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase; a fixed course date does not automatically mean there is no cancellation right.
For paid digital content supplied electronically, immediate supply during that cancellation period requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the change-of-mind cancellation right will be lost when supply begins. We will confirm that consent and acknowledgement in a form you can retain. Simply accepting these terms, logging in or using the content does not replace those requirements. If you do not consent to early supply, supply will begin after the applicable cancellation period.
Where a product includes services as well as digital content, the service component has separate rules. We will obtain an express request before starting services during the cancellation period. If you then cancel, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for services actually provided where the legal requirements for that charge have been met. A service cancellation right is lost on full performance only where the required request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Consent to early digital supply does not automatically waive rights relating to future teaching or other services.
To cancel, email learnmore@simplymsk.com or write to our contact address with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include enough information to identify your order. You may use the optional form at the end of these terms, but do not have to use it. Sending your cancellation before the deadline is sufficient; you do not need our approval to exercise an applicable statutory right.
For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the sums due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund administration fee. Any lawful service deduction will be explained.
After a change-of-mind cancellation right has ended, we do not normally offer a refund for a correctly supplied digital product simply because you have changed your mind or have not used it. We may consider exceptional circumstances individually.
Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible paid content, or services not delivered as agreed or with reasonable care and skill, are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. These rights do not disappear because you consented to immediate supply, downloaded a resource or reached an access end date. Contact us promptly so we can investigate.
This section applies to Beyond Silos and other dated events where Simply MSK is the contracting course provider. It applies after any statutory cancellation period has ended or where no statutory change-of-mind right applies. It does not override a statutory refund or a remedy for our breach of contract.
Let us know in writing as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Where practical, we may agree a transfer to another suitable cohort or an eligible substitute participant. A transfer is not automatic and any difference in price or reasonable transfer cost will be explained before you agree. A substitute does not obtain your personal learning account or your earned CRWS credit.
If we receive your cancellation request in writing more than 21 calendar days before the course’s advertised start date, we will refund the full amount you paid for the cancelled booking, without deducting administration or payment-processing fees. Any £60 Apply & Earn credit redeemed against that booking will be restored without an expiry date. Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request..
For cancellation 21 calendar days or fewer before the event starts, or non-attendance, a charge may be higher, up to the event price, but only to the extent justified by reasonable, evidenced net costs or losses. We will account for costs saved and replacement bookings and take reasonable steps to reduce losses. A late cancellation does not automatically mean we can keep the entire payment.
For a hybrid package, any separate price allocated to digital content or other components must be disclosed before purchase. We will not invent an online-content price after cancellation, deduct a component merely because you logged in, or charge twice for the same loss. Any deduction for a component already supplied must have a clear contractual and lawful basis.
We will explain the calculation of any charge and refund the balance due. Agreed discretionary refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of agreement; statutory deadlines take priority.
Any discretionary transfer or event credit will have its own terms agreed in writing. It is separate from the non-expiring £60 Apply & Earn credit.
We may need to make a minor change to an event, such as substituting a suitably qualified presenter or adjusting the running order. We will preserve the advertised learning purpose and tell you about relevant changes.
If we cancel an event, you may choose a suitable alternative where offered or a refund for the cancelled event. We will not require you to accept a voucher or defer indefinitely. Any redeemed £60 Apply & Earn credit will be restored without an expiry date.
If we materially change the date, location, delivery format or essential content of an accepted booking, we will tell you promptly and give you a reasonable opportunity to accept the change or cancel the affected booking without a cancellation charge. Refunds will reflect the affected supply; any allocation for a separately priced and already supplied component must have been disclosed and must be lawful and fair.
If events outside our reasonable control seriously prevent delivery, we will explain the problem and available arrangements. Such events do not automatically allow us to retain payment for teaching or content we cannot supply.
Travel, accommodation and other personal arrangements are not included unless advertised. Check suppliers' cancellation terms before booking them. Our responsibility for loss caused by our breach or negligence is governed by section 15; this section does not exclude that responsibility.
Where practical activities are included, follow the presenter's safety instructions and work within your competence. We will identify any insurance or other participation requirements before booking. Students and people whose circumstances differ from the usual requirements should contact us to discuss appropriate participation arrangements.
Participation in examination or treatment demonstrations is voluntary and requires consent. You may decline to act as a model, stop an activity or ask to observe. Tell the presenter privately about relevant limitations so suitable adjustments can be considered; there is no requirement to disclose personal health information to the whole group.
Treat other learners and professions respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, unauthorised recording and misuse of confidential information are not acceptable.
Do not photograph, record or distribute course content or other participants without permission. We will explain any planned teaching recordings and how they will be used. Participation does not automatically give us permission to use your image, reflection or testimonial for marketing; any necessary permission will be obtained separately.
Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or platform, impersonate another learner or bypass access controls.
We use external providers for services such as learning delivery, payments, email and submission forms. You may need to comply with their applicable user requirements, but their involvement does not reduce obligations we owe you as the seller.
Links to independent third-party sites are supplied for information. Their content and services are governed by the relevant provider; inclusion of a link does not itself mean we endorse every claim made there.
We cannot promise uninterrupted website availability. We will take reasonable steps to maintain our services and resolve faults affecting agreed learning access, as explained in section 4.
We may restrict access where necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to correct it. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect people, confidential information or system security. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Any permanent termination and treatment of payments will be proportionate to the circumstances and your legal rights. A restriction does not automatically forfeit every payment or an unrelated earned credit.
We are responsible for supplying the agreed content and services and for loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. For consumers, this includes loss that was reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not exclude mandatory rights relating to digital content or services.
We are not responsible for a particular clinical outcome merely because you attended a course or used a reasoning framework. Clinical decisions require your independent assessment and professional judgement. This does not excuse an error or failure for which we are legally responsible.
We do not exclude your right to seek a legal remedy. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of responsibility on Simply MSK, its presenters or its service providers.
We process registration details, learning progress, submission records, credit records and other personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy should explain the providers involved, relevant retention arrangements and how you can exercise your rights. Do not submit identifiable patient data.
We may send administrative messages needed for your registration, purchase, access, challenge deadline, completion, credit or booking. These communications are distinct from promotional messages.
We also process course feedback, publication-permission choices, attribution preferences and records of permission changes or withdrawal. We retain evidence of the consent statement presented, the learner’s selections and when they were submitted. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes, lawful bases, retention arrangements and relevant service providers involved. Permission tags help us manage preferences but do not replace the underlying consent records.
We will send marketing where we have appropriate permission or another lawful basis that satisfies applicable electronic-marketing rules. Where we rely on the customer soft opt-in, we will meet its conditions, including an opportunity to opt out when details are collected and in each marketing message. Signing up for a free resource is not automatically blanket permission for promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. This does not remove purchased access, invalidate completion or cause earned credit to expire. Any further promotional messages must respect your preferences. We may still send necessary administrative communications.
Promotional eligibility, price, availability and any stated closing date will be explained with the offer. We may change offers for future purchases, but will honour an accepted order and benefits already earned under its agreed terms.
Some partners may receive commission for introducing learners through an affiliate link. Commission does not give the partner authority to change our terms, promise accreditation or make guarantees on our behalf. Any partner programme is governed by its separate agreement.
Priority Access or waiting-list registration may provide updates or an opportunity to book, as stated when you sign up. A place is confirmed only when the booking is accepted. List registration does not oblige you to purchase.
Contact learnmore@simplymsk.com with your order or learner details and an explanation of the issue. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints promptly and explain our proposed resolution. Do not include identifiable patient information.
You do not have to complete our complaints process before exercising a legal cancellation right or seeking an available legal remedy. If a dispute remains unresolved, we will provide information about alternative dispute resolution where legally required, including whether we are willing or obliged to participate.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to consumers' rights to bring proceedings in another competent court and to the mandatory protections available in their place of residence. For business purchasers, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms for future registrations and purchases and will identify the new version. We will not retrospectively remove earned credit, shorten an agreed access period, impose new charges or reduce an accepted booking's benefits merely by changing the website terms.
For an existing agreement, minor administrative or technical changes, or changes required by law, may be made where they do not unfairly disadvantage you. We will explain a material proposed change and obtain agreement where needed, or offer an appropriate cancellation and refund option.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where they can fairly and lawfully do so. A delay in exercising a right does not mean that right has been waived. Nothing here removes mandatory legal rights or turns an unfair provision into a fair one.
Use this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any clear cancellation statement.
